A Study On The Migrant Workers Planting And Breeding Industry Entrepreneurial Behavior And Its Influencing Factors

In recent years,under the influence of “mass entrepreneurship,innovation” and rural revitalization strategy,some migrant workers who love their hometown and have certain resources and strengths choose to return to their hometowns to develop their careers and contribute to the prosperity of their hometown and economic development..However,due to the limitations of the age characteristics,education,income and other personal characteristics of migrant workers,they have many concerns when choosing the industry they are engaged in.The breeding industry belongs to the three-restricted industry in the workplace,regardless of age,unlimited academic qualifications,Experience,low barriers,easy access,and other advantages,become the most stable industry for returning migrant workers.The breeding industry is the foundation of agriculture,and agriculture is the foundation of the national economy.In addition,the implementation of the series of beneficial agricultural policies such as the separation of the three powers and the certification of land rights provides a very favorable entrepreneurial environment for the development of the breeding industry.Migrant workers returning to their hometowns can not only solve their own employment problems and income problems,but also serve as a role model to stimulate the entrepreneurial potential and entrepreneurial enthusiasm of returning migrant workers,and encourage more people to participate in the development of the breeding industry.Optimize the structure of agricultural industry,promote the development of county economy and new urbanization,ease the hollowing out of rural areas,and promote the development of rural economy.This paper takes the entrepreneurs who return to the township in Zhaohua District of Guangyuan City as the survey object,and takes the seed industry as the entry point.Through questionnaires and telephone interviews,the surveyees conduct field research on the returning farmer workers' breeding and entrepreneurship.Through on-the-spot investigation,the paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the development of the seed industry in Zhaohua District,and summarizes the current situation of the migrant workers who are engaged in the breeding industry in Zhaohua District.Using the binary Logit regression model to explore whether the factors affecting entrepreneurship in the breeding industry are explored.On this basis,the returning migrant workers who have already started business in the breeding industry are the research objects,and the orderly Probit regression model is used to explore the entrepreneurial income.Influencing factors,finally through the successful cases of two kinds of breeding industry entrepreneurship in Zhaohua District,analyze the case,and further analyze the entrepreneurship of returning migrant workers.The results of the study show that the age of returning entrepreneurs,family income,communication skills,entrepreneurial experience,entrepreneurship training,working years,venture capital,market demand have a significant impact on their entrepreneurship;and communication skills,entrepreneurship training,venture capital,market demand The income of the enterprises engaged in the breeding industry has a significant impact.The two successful entrepreneurial cases of the Zhaolin District Chenlin Breeding Cooperative and the Top Ecological Breeding Cooperative have been enlightened to further verify and explain the rationality of the empirical results.According to the research conclusions,combined with the actual situation of the breeding industry in Zhaohua District,the paper puts forward some suggestions for the sustainable development of the breeding industry in Zhaohua District: expanding the social capital of returning migrant workers and expanding the social communication circle;actively carrying out entrepreneurship training,Enrich the training content;create a good entrepreneurial environment;increase the propaganda of entrepreneurial preferential policies;attract more people to engage in the breeding industry,and provide reference for entrepreneurs engaged in the breeding industry to increase their entrepreneurial income.
