Research On The Development Model Of Rural Tourism Of Mianzhu City

Rural tourism is a diversified form of tourism with ecological tourism,natural tourism,cultural tourism and folk tourism with regional characteristics,which is formed on the basis of natural resources and folk culture.It is also an important carrier and means to realize the long-term and stable development of rural revitalization.Developing rural tourism can not only improve rural environment and increase income,but also inherit agricultural civilization and promote village autonomy.Good and orderly rural tourism is conducive to promoting the modernization of agriculture and rural areas,realizing urban-rural sharing and promoting the sustainable development of rural economy.This thesis combines the individual characteristics of the residents,the tourism site itself and the social environment,exploring the status of different types of rural tourism development models of Mianzhu City through field investigations.This thesis divides Mianzhu's rural tourism development model into four types: type of Pleasure-in-farmhouse,Regional folk Customs,Agricultural Tourism and Leisure Vacation,meanwhile,select four typical towns of Xiaode,Tumen,Jiulong,and Qingping for study.By collecting the original survey data,this thesis makes a comparative analysis of different types of rural tourism development models,and finds that each development model has their own advantages and constraints.(1)The development advantages of the farmhouse type are the natural landscape foundation,the tourist consumption capacity and the level of rural economic development.The constraints are the market and location conditions,the comprehensive service level and the political environment;(2)the regional folk customs style in the four rural tourism development.The development advantage in the model is the comprehensive service level,and its constraint factor is the natural landscape foundation;(3)the development advantage of the development of agricultural tourism is the traffic accessibility,the government's laws and regulations,the tourists' consumption ability and the cultural environment are the limiting factors;(4)The development advantages of leisure and vacation type are natural landscape,abundant rural tourism resources,foreigninvestment and diversity of folk culture.The constraints are communication status,security of tourist destination and the level of rural economic development.According to the development advantages and constraints of different types of rural tourism development models,and drawing on the experience of domestic and foreign rural tourism development models,this thesis finally puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for different rural tourism development models,which has reference significance for Mianzhu City to develop rural tourism according to local conditions and implement the strategy of rural revitalization.
