Study On The Exit Route Of Rural Homestead In Ethnic Areas Based On Farmers' Will

Homestead plays an important role in the development of rural areas in China.Throughout the development process of homestead in China,homestead management policies and management models have been constantly improved,and have made important contributions in serving the development of rural economy and meeting the needs of farmers' life and production.However,with the acceleration of urbanization and industrialization,the contradiction between population growth and land shortage becoming more and more serious,urban expansion needs a lot of construction land,while in rural areas,a large number of rural residential land is idle and abandoned,the utilization rate is declining sharply,and the idle rate is rising,resulting in unbalanced use of urban and rural construction land.How to find a way to reuse the idle and inefficient rural residential land is particularly important.On the one hand,it can increase the area of effective cultivated land and find new land use space to further improve the efficiency of land use;on the other hand,it can adjust the demand of urban and rural land to achieve a balance and promote the integration of urban and rural development.It is also of great significance to find ways to promote the reform of rural land property rights system.Based on the field survey data of(310)household farmers,this paper establishes a binary logistic regression model from the perspective of empirical analysis,explores the problems existing in the use of household homestead,and analyses the influencing factors of the willingness to withdraw.Finally,it puts forward the withdrawal mode of rural homestead and countermeasures and suggestions.The conclusions are as follows:Firstly,from the survey data,we can see that most of the peasant households generally have the phenomenon of multi-house,over-occupied land,idle waste of homestead and so on,so it is imperative to reform the management system of rural homestead.Secondly,after investigating the farmers in Xide County,Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture,the basic situation of the farmers and the idea of withdrawing from the homestead are grasped concretely,and the influencing factors of the farmers' willingness to withdraw from the homestead are analyzed by SPSS software.The research concludes that the factors influencing farmers' willingness to withdraw from the homestead are: the area of the homestead,the increase or decrease of projects,the level of education and so on.Thirdly,combined with the actual willingness of farmers to withdraw,the questionnaire data are sorted out and analyzed,and the factors affecting the withdrawal of homestead are obtained,and various modes of homestead withdrawal are put forward for farmers to choose.In view of the problems existing in the process of withdrawal of rural residential land at present,the countermeasures are put forward.
