Procurement contract is an important mechanism for coordinating supply chain. In the existing research on procurement contract, most of them focus on the classical contract method. There are more studies on the main factors of contract, such as price, quantity and so on,but less on other factors to improve the efficiency of contract.Corporate social responsibility(CSR)is an important driving force to promote the development of green products.Taking CSR into account in the design of procurement contracts can rationally allocate the costs of all parties in the supply chain and improve the efficiency of procurement contracts.Through the study of green supply chain, corporate social responsibility and procurement contract,it is found that introducing corporate social responsibility into procurement contract can promote suppliers to improve product green degree, and at the same time realize the increase of profits of both sides in the supply chain. This paper constructs the evaluation model of B company's product greenness and calculates the evaluation data of product greenness by introducing the neural network algorithm. Then, taking CSR as an important variable, the game models of centralized decision-making and decentralized decision-making are discussed respectively.Through revenue-sharing-cost-sharing contract to maximize the overall revenue of the supply chain, while improving the greenness of products. Finally,in practical application,we find out the optimal range of revenue sharing parameters and cost sharing parameters.Through comparison,we find that the use of revenue sharing-cost sharing contract can satisfy the evaluation of product greenness level and improve the benefits of stakeholders in the supply chain and the overall benefits of the supply chain, reflecting a stronger pertinence.
