Performance management has been applied by more and more enterprises.As one of the important manufacturing bases of China's power equipment manufacturing industry,HEC has always attached great importance to the performance management of managers.With the reform of supply side structure and the development of the industry in our country,the original performance management of HEC needs to be improved and improved in order to support the development strategy of the enterprise,so as to perfect all aspects of performance management.Based on the related theories of basic performance management,this paper studies the performance management improvement based on the integrated use of performance management methods and the strategic development goals of HEC and the actual situation of managers.Based on the performance management improvement of HEC,this paper introduces the basic theories and research trends in performance management both at home and abroad.Combined with the strategic development goals of HEC,this paper proposes the purpose and significance of improving performance management.This article analyzes the situation of HEC,the organizational structure,the target strategy and the status of the management staff.Aiming at the problems exis ting in the performance management of HEC,It is concluded that the performance management system of HEC should be further improved and the existing problems of HEC performance management system can be improved through performance management methods such as Balanced Scorecard and Key Performance Indicators.This article explores the process of improvement and puts forward some ideas and measures to improve the performance management system in HEC.This paper defines a series of safeguards and methods for improving the performance management system of HEC and ensures the successful performance management system to proceed smoothly.It is hoped that the improved performance management system can bring new vitality to HEC and realize the "win-win" between HEC and management personnel,promote the realization of the strategic development goal and also provide the basis for the performance management of large-scale enterprise managers Improve Research to provide some ideas and ideas.
