In order to meet the increasing sports demand of residents and promote the development of sports,stadium projects are in full swing throughout the country.Compared with ordinary buildings,stadiums usually have large volume,heavy construction tasks,and many stakeholders,plus the complexity and one-off characteristics of construction projects.How to give full play to the role of human resources and coordinate various tasks to become a successful project.The key to it or not.In the construction project,how to improve the human resources management level of the project,effectively exert the effectiveness of human resources,ensure the construction quality and efficiency,and promote the smooth achievement of the project objectives,has become one of the hot topics in the academic circle at this stage.Taking the Y City Chengnan Sports Center project as an example,this paper conducts a comprehensive analysis of human resource management during the project implementation process,and provides practical evidence for the research content and viewpoints.In this study,the first is to explain the background of this paper,put forward the significance of the research of this topic,sort out the domestic and foreign research literature,sort out and summarize the existing research data,as the basis of the research;secondly,this time The concepts and theoretical foundations designed in the study are elaborated.Thirdly,the human resources management of the sports center project is analyzed from five dimensions: organizational structure,human resource allocation,personnel training,incentive mechanism and salary system.On this basis,The problems existing in these five dimensions are proposed.According to the existing problems,the corresponding optimization schemes are proposed and the implementation effects of the schemes are evaluated.Finally,the guarantee of the implementation of the optimization schemes is proposed from three aspects: organizational culture,information channels and management systems.Measures to ensure that the optimization solution can be implemented smoothly.Through system analysis and exploration,the human resources management of the Y City Sports Center project is optimized,the human resource management system of the project follow-up project is improved,and the project objectives are positive.At the same time,the proposed optimization plan is related to the human resources management of similar projects.It also has greatreference value.
