Employees have a variety of choices after the original company leaves the company.Employees who leave the original company may not choose to switch to other companies to continue employment,but choose to start a new business.At present,in the environment of vigorously promoting mass entrepreneurship,innovation,and the Internet,it is more common for employees to leave their jobs and choose entrepreneurship.However,academics still regard employee turnover and entrepreneurship as two areas of research,ignoring the interaction between the two.Entrepreneurial opportunities are an important factor influencing employees' decision-making in leaving business,and it is meaningful to explore how they affect employees' willingness to leave business.In order to enrich the research field of employee turnover and entrepreneurship,this paper reviews the relationship between entrepreneurial opportunities and employees' willingness to leave business based on the existing literature.This study focuses on three issues: First,how does entrepreneurial opportunity affect the willingness of employees to leave their own businesses? Second,how does employee job satisfaction and entrepreneurial cognition affect the willingness to leave business? Third,what is the regulatory effect of job satisfaction and entrepreneurial cognition on the relationship between entrepreneurial opportunities and employee turnover intentions?In this study,employees who found entrepreneurial opportunities were selected as research subjects.Data were collected by questionnaire survey.Based on 225 valid questionnaires,SPSS21.0 and AMOS17.0 were used for statistical analysis.The results of the study show that the higher the profitability of the entrepreneurial opportunities that employees find,the stronger their willingness to leave their own businesses;the higher the likelihood that employees will find the entrepreneurial opportunities they find,and the willingness of employees to leave their own businesses.The stronger the job satisfaction is,the negative adjustment effect between the profitability of the entrepreneurial opportunity and the willingness of the employee to leave the business;the entrepreneurial cognition plays a positive adjustment role between the profitability of the entrepreneurial opportunity and the willingness of the employee to leave the business.
