Research On The Evaluation Of The Constr-Uction Level Of The Entrepreneurial Innov-Ation Base Of Small And Micro Business In Shanxi Province

Building the entrepreneurial innovation base of small and micro business is a strategic demand of building an innovative country,and it is also an important unit of building an innovative city.Under the background of mass entrepreneurship and mass innovation,the construction of the entrepreneurial innovation base of small and micro business can further release the vitality of market subject and enhance the endogenous power of economy.The entrepreneurial innovation base of small and micro business gives full play to the comparative advantages and cultivates the main environment of small and micro enterprises.Improving service construction of the base is conducive to improving the ability of entrepreneurship and innovation,and can also reduce the cost.At present,the research on the entrepreneurial innovation base of small and micro business is just starting.In practice,the evaluation index system of the construction level of the entrepreneurial innovation base of small and micro business in Shanxi province is also being improved.Therefore,researching on the evaluation of construction level of the entrepreneurial innovation base of small and micro business in Shanxi province can further guide management practice and explore the construction and development path.There is a great theoretical and practical significance of it.Based on this,considering the regional characteristics of Shanxi province,the study analyses the construction and development status of the entrepreneurial innovation base of small and micro business in Shanxi province and the construction experience of typical entrepreneurial innovation base of small and micro business at home and abroad,then puts forward the construction concept of the entrepreneurial innovation base of small and micro business in Shanxi province.On this basis,based on the theory of entrepreneurship ecosystem,the evaluation model of the entrepreneurial innovation base of small and micro business is constructed,and the evaluation index system of the construction level of the entrepreneurial innovation base of small and micro business in Shanxi province is set up.The construction level of the entrepreneurial innovation base of small and micro business in Shanxi province is evaluated by using the extension comprehensive evaluation method based on AHP,and the evaluation results are discussed and analyzed.Through the discussion and analysis of the evaluation results,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The construction level of the entrepreneurial innovation base of small and micro business in Shanxi province is generally low.The number of demonstration bases with higher construction level is limited,and the reserved development force is insufficient.(2)Through further analysis,it is found that the bases with higher construction level have reached a higher level in most indicators;the bases with general construction level have shortcomings in many aspects,with both long and short boards;and the bases with lower construction level generally have lower evaluation level of indicators in all aspects.(3)In terms of entrepreneurship service,innovation service,resource network and value creation,the bases generally have problems of insufficient construction level of financing docking activities,marketing,technical negotiation and docking activities.Based on the conclusion and the analysis of the demonstrative experience of double-venture outside Shanxi province,this study puts forward the countermeasures for the development of the entrepreneurial innovation base of small and micro business in Shanxi province:improving the level of entrepreneurship service,strengthening the construction of innovation service platform to enhance the ability of innovation service,strengthening the construction of resource network to provide support for entrepreneurship and innovation,improving the ability of value creation and cultivating high-quality double-venture base.
