A Research On The Entrepreneurial Process Of Export-oriented Small And Micro Business

With economic globalization,the economic cooperation between eachcountry is getting closer,and the companies which involve inexport-oriented business have become the economic link between eachcountry. Export-oriented businesses compete in international market, takepart in international division of labor, and are export-oriented companies,the types of them include: the three-processing and one compensation、earn foreign exchange through exports、joint venture and multinationaloperation. It’s an important measure for developing countries and lessdeveloped countries to balance financial revenue and expenditure and toimprove national industry competitiveness by developing export-orientedbusiness.Along with the changes of numerous and complicated external environmentand the continuous development of enterprise itself, enterprise is facing more and more risk. For helping the survive and development of Small andMicro business, we have to know the entrepreneurial process of it, so that itwill indicate the development of SM business.This paper combine theoretic study and case study to research theentrepreneurial process of Small and Micro business. First of all, throughtheoretic study, we find international entrepreneurial environment and theentrepreneur itself are the most important two factors to influence thesuccess of export-oriented SM business. Then we study the theory of theidentification of entrepreneurial opportunity and the theory ofentrepreneurial behavior， construct the theoretical model ofexported-oriented SM business.At last, through case study, I have researched Foochow ShengkangCommunication、Science and Technology Ltd.,which is located in GulouDistrict of Foochow, and the GDP of Gulou District in2008is35.19billion dollars, its total export is1.03billion dollars, it’s a district with highforeign-trade dependence. Shengkang company established in2010, it has17employees now, it’s taken as a typical export-oriented Small and Microbusiness.we renew the theoretical model, and have our conclusion and inspiration.Export-oriented SM business is influenced by both internationalentrepreneurial environment and entrepreneur. It is more important that theentrepreneurial behavior has an direct influence on the success of the newventure, with intensive entrepreneurial behavior, the new venture cansurvive in the complicated environment.
