Study On Construction Of Quality And Safety Demonstration Area Of Export Food And Agricultural Products In Inner Mongolia

With the constant progress of the society and the continuous improvement of the economic life,people demand for food safety increases.At present,China's food and agricultural products export has developed rapidly,performed very well in the field of foreign trade.Export food and agricultural products' quality and safety of generally stable,but the situation is very serious.In front of the food safety problem increasingly prominent,in order to source from strengthening supervision,tackling the root of the problem be solved,thus ensuring the high quality and high security of food and agricultural products export,inspection and quarantine departments take the lead in the pilot demonstration area construction in shandong,with regional regulatory model integrating local administrative resource division force,guarantee food quality and safety of agricultural products,promote loca economic development.Beginning in 2009,in the national quality supervision,inspection and quarantine inspection and quarantine system promoting demonstration area construction,the quality supervision,inspection and quarantine to promote exports of agricultural products quality safety demonstration area construction,strengthen the national inspection and quarantine system and collaboration with the local government and relevant functional departments,intensify efforts to promote export demonstration are construction,the quality and safety of agricultural products has achieved obvious results Aqsiq announced in September 2016,national export food quality and safety on agricultural products have been completed demonstration area by 291.In 2012,In Inner Mongolia,the first national quality and safety of food and agricultural products demonstration area in the ordos through quality supervision,inspection and quarantine inspection,also it is the first export quality and safety of spirulina demonstration area in our country.After five years of development,Inner Mongolia region has seven demonstration area.Through research demonstration area,this paper clarify how to fully integrate administrative resources through demonstration area construction,find out the autonomous region of inspection and quarantine system in the demonstration area to create has advantages and existing problems,and make clear direction,help to promote the development of inspection and quarantine in demonstration area regulatory,enhance the level of inspection and quarantine supervision and efficiency,reduce administrative regulation cost,strengthen the establishment and improvement of the management mechanism,to make it run efficiently.
