Research On The Implementation Process Of Precision Poverty Alleviation Policy Of County-Level Government

Poverty alleviation is an important goal and task in China's development.In the course of helping the poor,our country has found a way to help the poor in accordance with our national conditions,and has also had more experience in the work of helping the poor.At present,the use of poverty alleviation funds in our country is also relatively perfect.Moreover,the public budget of our country will place poverty alleviation funds in an important position every year,and will give priority to the methods of funding to remote rural areas and western areas.More targeted poverty alleviation resources and policies will be implemented.Our country has achieved higher results in poverty alleviation work,but there are many problems in poverty alleviation work in our country at present.Carrying out the work of Poverty Alleviation in China the difficulties in poverty alleviation are still quite high,and the effect of poverty alleviation work has been far from satisfactory.There are also some problems in the ongoing policy implementation of poverty alleviation work,and some of the poverty alleviation policies cannot be implemented.These problems lead to the difference between the effect of policy implementation and the expected effect,so it is necessary to analyze the effect and expectation of policy implementation.At present,there are some problems in the implementation of the policy in the precision poverty alleviation in S County.This paper analyzes the precision poverty alleviation in S County.Based on the case of S County,this paper studies the implementation of precision poverty alleviation policy in S County.The research found that: S County precision poverty alleviation policy implementation has achieved good results,mainly: S County precision poverty alleviation work can reduce the poor population,improve the income of poor people.The development of precision poverty alleviation in S County can improve the living conditions of poor people.The development of precision poverty alleviation in S County can promote the optimization of industrial structure.S County precision poverty relief work to the local economic development is also of great significance.But there are also some problems in the implementation of the policy: imperfect precise poverty alleviation policy,poor execution of precise poverty alleviation policy executing agencies,poor target understanding of the purpose and significance of poverty alleviation policy,weak infrastructure for economic development and so on.The main reasons are the lack of scientific and democratic policy making,the lack of executive ability of the policy enforcement organization,the low cultural quality of the target group,and the unsatisfactory political environment.In view of the problems existing in the implementation of the precision poverty alleviation policy in S County,this paper puts forward the following suggestions: to continuously improve the precision poverty alleviation policy in S County,to enhance the execution power of the precision poverty alleviation organization in S County,and to enhance the cultural quality of the target group in the implementation of the precision poverty alleviation policy Building a trained and accurate Poverty Alleviation The implementation of environmental and other countermeasures in order to promote the smooth progress of precision poverty alleviation in S County,and provide reference for the development of precision poverty alleviation in other villages and towns.
