At present,the supply-side structural reform is developing in depth.Under the background of "One Area And One Road" initiative,the construction of the silk road economic belt and the 21 st century maritime silk road is in full swing.With the continuous development of economic globalization,sanitary ware industry enters the stage of global competition pattern reconstruction.The new competition pattern not only brings new challenges to the sanitary ware industry in Nanan,but also brings new strategic development opportunities.This paper takes JM group as the research object,under the new situation,JM group actively seeks for the development new opportunity,the acceleration transformation upgrading and the innovation development,takes the talented person development as the first essential factor,vigorously implements "the talented person strong enterprise" the strategy,is committed to creating the talented person development "the upgrade edition" new JM.However,in the process of continuous upgrading and implementation of human resource strategy,how to further integrate core elements such as enterprises,strategies and talents is a subject that urgently needs to be explored from the theoretical and practical levels.This is also the starting point of this study.Firstly,this paper starts with the relevant theoretical research of enterprise strategy,analyzes the meaning,characteristics and types of human resource strategy,and expounds the difference and connection between human resource strategy and daily human resource management.Secondly,human resources of JM group are analyzed from two aspects: external environment and internal environment.The internal environment of JM group is analyzed from the strategic transformation and the status quo of human resources,and the existing problems of human resources management are pointed out.At the same time,SWOT matrix is used to analyze the internal and external environment of human resources.On this basis,according to the change of internal and external environment of JM group strategy and the requirement of human resource strategy,the human resource strategy is matched with the overall strategy to determine the direction for the upgrade of human resource strategy,so as to give full play to the role of human resource strategy;Then the human resource strategy of JM group is upgraded,including human resource development strategy,talent structure optimization strategy,talent training and development strategy.Finally,the human resource strategy of JM group is implemented from five aspects of human resource organization structure,personnel supplement,training and development,performance management,compensation and welfare and incentive,so as to make JM group advance steadily towards the development goal and improve the efficiency of human resource management.
