Today,as the main body of the market economy,enterprises are facing more and more complicated management environment and the increasingly fierce competition among enterprises.Enterprise strategic management is the fundamental guarantee for the sustainable development of enterprises.Strategic management in the decision-making,evaluation,and implementation are based on human resources as a starting point,by the enterprise staff to implement.Therefore,the role of human resources management in strategic management is related to the realization of corporate strategic objectives and competitive advantages.The core of competition among enterprises is the competition of talents.The means of competition depend on the overall strength and quality of human resources.Therefore,human resource management is more important for the survival and development of enterprises.Only the rational planning of human resources strategy,in order to better support the development strategy of enterprises,enhance the competitiveness of enterprises in the industry to achieve the development and expansion of enterprises.In this paper,taking Yitai Group as an example,based on a thorough investigation,collecting first-hand information,based on the related theories of advanced human resource strategy and corporate strategy as a guide,Using literature analysis method,theoretical analysis method,investigation method,SWOT analysis and so on,this paper analyzes the human resources strategy of Yitai Group in detail,and finds out some problems in the current management of human resources in Yitai Group and formulated relevant countermeasures.The first part is the introduction,which mainly elaborates the research background,meaning,content,method and basic frame of the paper.The second part mainly elaborates the type of human resource strategy and the human resource strategy and enterprise development strategy.The third part analyzes the internal and external environment of Yitai Group's human resources.The fourth part analyzes the current situation of human resources and strategic functions,human resources strategy and enterprise strategy mismatch and other related factors.The fifth part mainly analyzes the supply and demand of human resources,strategic positioning,strategic objectives and tasks,the Group diversified development strategy of human resource strategy and its related security measures,design a set of matching with the enterprise strategic human resources strategic planning.Through the analysis of the above parts,human resources strategy as the core strategy of the enterprise must start from the recruitment,training,assessment and other aspects,to solve some problems.Such as the human resources strategy and enterprise development strategy does not match,the unreasonable personnel structure,training system is not perfect,performance appraisal,salary and welfare is not unfair and so on.Through the above discussion,we can draw the conclusion that only the reasonable planning of human resources can make the enterprise develop continuously.
