Since the reform and opening up,with the accelerating urbanization process in China, the towns have gradually expanded their development gaps with rural areas.Pure agricultural production has been unable to meet the growing needs of families and families, which has driven a large number of rural people to the cities. In this process, the lost population is mainly the young and middle-aged labor force. This group is the main force for the development of rural production. After a large number of losses, rural development also lacks vitality, such as arable land, vacant housing, infrastructure and services.A series of declines and depressions such as idleness.Such a phenomenon will cause waste of internal resources in rural areas, and endanger the healthy development of rural areas and further expand the gap between urban and rural development. In order to cope with the negative impact of rural decline on modern development and eliminate the drawbacks of urbanization to rural development, the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed a strategy for rural revitalization. This paper understands rural decline from the perspective of rural settlement function, and defines rural decline as: in the process of urbanization, the gap between rural and urban development is gradually expanding, rural social services and infrastructure are backward, and pure agricultural production cannot continue to meet family life.Needs, the rural young and middle-aged labor force flows to the city in large quantities, the internal resources of the village are inefficiently utilized, and the carrying functions of the village's agricultural production and human settlements decline and decline.Based on the field survey data, the analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight method are used to evaluate the decline degree of the sample villages in the study area, and the multiple linear regression model is used to analyze the quantitative relationship between the influencing factors and the degree of rural decline. Finally, the following research conclusions are drawn:(1)According to the survey data, the population loss of villages in the study area is relatively serious, and the proportion of permanent residents is relatively low.The sample villages with more than half of the resident population are only 29%.In addition, the phenomenon of abandoned farmland and abandoned farmland is widespread, and 49% of the sample villages have a farmland reclamation rate of more than 20%.The group engaged in agricultural production is mainly based on the elderly labor force staying in the countryside, and the village is declining.(2)The functional decline and comprehensive decline of the sample villages are obviously different. After each township in the study area is used as the basic regional comparison unit, the geographical differentiation of each functional decline and comprehensive decline degree is obvious. In terms of agricultural production function, the degree of decline of each township is polarized. The number of regional units below moderate to moderate decline is the same.In terms of population carrying capacity, the number of towns with moderate decline is the highest, showing the loss of rural population in the study area.Severe;in terms of residential functions, mainly townships with low and moderate decline;in terms of life service functions, mainly towns with moderate decline;in terms of environmental maintenance functions, undeclined towns and villages account for 37.5%,research The overall environmental decline of regional villages has a low degree of decline;the overall decline of each township is dominated by moderate and high decline, and villages in the study area generally decline.(3)Using the global spatial autocorrelation analysis method to analyze the fading of various functions and the aggregation of comprehensive fading in the town,it is found that the fading and comprehensive fading degree of each function has an agglomeration situation in the whole space, but the degree of agglomeration is low.Through hotspot analysis,it is found that there are local correlations between the functional decline and comprehensive decline of the town, and the high-value areas are mainly distributed in the southeast towns.(4)After using the multivariate stepwise regression analysis method to analyze the quantitative relationship between the degree of village decline and the influencing factors,it is concluded that the employment type of farmers, the distance from the nearest city, the public service conditions, the ratio of farming to accumulation and the degree of rural decline are significantly positive.Correlation;the proportion of permanent residents, per capita agricultural income and rural decline were significantly negatively correlated.Among the seven variables selected into the equation model, the proportion of the population in the village has the greatest impact on the degree of village decline.
