Preventive Management Study In High Pressure Pump Relocation Project

Since China?s joining WTO,more and more international enterprises have set up plants or started business in China.The cross-regional fluidity of International enterprises? productivity has been the development trend of the market.In order to improve competency and productivity,majority of enterprises who produce auto parts have transferred their product lines from original country to China.How to continuously keep the products? brand value and stable quality after the introduction is the problem these enterprises need to resolve.Thus,in the domestication projects,it?s necessary for the enterprises to set up a set of complete preventative quality system and use quality tools to recognize potential quality risk and make actions ahead of time during the production.They need to keep domestic products with same quality as imported ones,and improve enterprises? brand value and competency in China markets.This thesis takes the high-pressure pump introducing project of B company Wuxi plant as the research object.Proceeding from quality system set-up,quality process control and quality continuous improvement,it creates a referential and preventative quality management method on introducing projects,which helped to resolve the existing problems in quality management of other introducing projects of B Company,in order to improve the effectiveness on quality preventative jobs.Based on the existing theories of preventative quality management and requirements in ISO/TS16949 Quality Management Series,this method helped to raise out the specifically preventative quality tools like Failure Avoidance List,Feature Matrix,Quality Gate and QAM.And by learning of production experiences from brother plants,this method also helped to reasonably optimize the resources for production system of the high-pressure pump introducing project of B company Wuxi plan,and to carry out the preventative of products? quality by using preventative quality devices.The preventative quality management method has been applied in the high pressure pump transition project in Company B and already proved to be effective.
