In the process of auto parts enterprise management,project management is one of the evaluation criteria to measure the level of enterprise management.Among them,project quality management occupies an important position in project management and is also a very important part of auto parts enterprise management.Compared with developed countries in the West,my country’s auto industry started late,with insufficient experience in project quality management,and in many places,it is not perfect.It is urgent to fully study and in-depth discuss the project quality management of auto parts enterprises.At the same time,with the vigorous development of new energy vehicles in recent years,the competition among vehicle enterprises has become increasingly fierce,and the proportion of new energy market shares has increased year by year,which has had a serious impact on traditional automobile enterprises,and the competition among auto parts enterprises has also entered a fever.In the process of project development,the competition between enterprises is not only in terms of technical advantages,cost control,etc.,but also project quality management plays an increasingly important determinant.With the title of "Case Study on Quality Management of Auto Parts Development Project of Company A",this paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the current status of quality management of auto parts projects,and fully combines the use of four major project quality management theories,namely: quality definition,quality assurance,quality Control and quality improvement.First,collect,classify and sort out the problems existing in the project quality management of Company A by means of questionnaire survey and employee interviews,and identify the problems existing in the project quality management: the project quality management system cannot be implemented;the reliability of supplier quality management Low;employees believe that their work does not affect the quality of the project;there is no reward and punishment system;the evaluation criteria for product quality are unclear;the task cannot be completed as planned;the design change process is complicated.Then,using the method of case study and based on the current situation and problems of the quality management process of A company’s auto parts project,the analysis of the project quality management process was carried out,and a feasible solution was proposed in combination with relevant theories.This paper will elaborate on the following aspects: first,the background,research significance and case study design of the project quality management;second,the company introduction and project introduction to Company A,presenting the results of the questionnaire survey,and the DCT400 H project in terms of project quality management.The four typical cases that have appeared are described;the third is the status quo of project quality management and the theory of project quality management,namely: project quality management plan,project quality management process,and commonly used project quality management tools and methods;fourth,the four Typical cases are analyzed in terms of project quality management;the fifth is to provide feasible solutions for the problems existing in company A’s project quality management,and make an outlook for the future.The solutions to the project quality management process put forward in this paper will help Company A to further improve the overall level of project quality management.Project quality management plays a role in promoting.It is hoped that through the research of this paper,it will provide a certain reference value for domestic auto parts enterprises to construct and improve the project quality management system.
