With the continuous upgrading and optimization of the industrial structure,more and more organizations began to realize that employee creativity has become the root of organization innovation;therefore,employee creativity also becomes the research object of organization.However,the formation of employee creativity and production,not only has much to do with the situation of macro aspect(team and organization level),but has much to do with the individual characteristic difference(for example,goal orientation,learning styles,etc.).Regardless of team or organization level,the formation of its creativity is realized by individual employees' creativity.For creativity research,the existing literatures,firstly,study the influencing factors and mechanism from the organization or team level;secondly,from the individual perspective explore the influence factors of production which focus on the team or organization situations,organization atmosphere,leadership behavior,the learning organization,goal-orientation.Among the analysis of individual factors,the analysis mainly focuses on the regulation role of team and organizational level,and that of the level of individual is less.Therefore,this paper,from the employees' individual heterogeneity characteristics,namely the individual goal orientation,individual learning style level,analyzes the influencing factors of creativity.This paper holds that the related factors of individual learning can provide certain basis and guarantee for the realization of individual creativity,and individual character difference from goal orientation is an important factor for influencing individual learning,the differences between individual goal orientation can encourage individuals to seek or avoid learning and creating opportunities;In addition,individual learningstyle is also important factor for the generation of creativity.Organizational learning can be divided into exploration learning and exploitation learning.The exploration learning focuses on the exploration of new knowledge,and active implementation of the change;and the exploitation learning focuses on the development and use of existing knowledge.Therefore,this paper holds that the ambidextrous learning of employees can mediate goal orientation and creativity of employees.The results shows that employee learning orientation is positively related to employee creativity by the mediating of exploration learning;the results of mediating of exploitation learning between employee learning orientation and employee creativity are not significant positively related;However,the mediating results of ambidextrous learning between performance orientation and employee creativity are not significant.Therefore,this paper,under the background of Chinese enterprise employees as the research object,studies the relationship among goal orientation,ambidextrous learning and employees' creativity,which not only can further verify whether the relationship between goal orientation and employee creativity is consistent with the foreign related research conclusions,but also can test the relationship between goal orientations and ambidextrous learning which is little involved in the previous studies;what is more,the study can verify whether the mediating role of ambidextrous learning between the goal orientation and employee creativity is significant.This paper helps to broaden the related study fields of employee creativity,and at the same time helps to provide suggestions for reference to the formation and improvement of employee creativity,which has a certain practical significance.
