Research On The Development Level Of Modern Agricultural Industry System In Sichuan Province

Sichuan Province is a large agricultural province.Agricultural production plays an extremely important role in the national economy.Sichuan Province is also a large population province.The proportion of rural population to the total population is also high.The problem of agriculture,rural farmers and farmers is the current development of China.And the modern agricultural industrial system has changed to varying degrees from connotation to structure,and it is increasingly becoming an important breakthrough for the "three rural" problem.The measurement of the development level of the modern agricultural industrial system can provide a theoretical basis for the construction and improvement of the modern agricultural industrial system,so as to better promote the evaluation of the modern agricultural industrial system from theory to practice,so as to better promote the development of modern agriculture.From the perspective of modern agricultural industrial system,this paper summarizes the current academic discussion on the modern agricultural industrial system,puts forward the views of this paper,gives the modern agricultural industrial system the connotation used in this paper.The evaluation and comprehensive evaluation model of agricultural industrial system lays the theoretical foundation.On the basis of systematically introducing the evaluation and development of modern agricultural industrial system in Sichuan Province.Focusing on the connotation of the modern agricultural industrial system proposed at the beginning of the article,following the principles of systematization,simple practicality and comprehensiveness,the original indicators are widely selected,and the index system of the evaluation level of modern agricultural industrial system is constructed by the level of analytic hierarchy process.This chapter divides the modern agricultural industrial system into three levels,and sets up three first-level indicators of the modern agricultural industrial system: industrial structure indicators,product industrial chain indicators,and versatility indicators.On this basis,14 two are listed.The indicators and indicators more comprehensively reflect the development of the modern agricultural industrial system and provide a basis for the evaluation of the modern agricultural industrial system.Then,standardize the quantitative indicators and data,and calculate the ranking of the top ten agricultural provinces in the development level of the modern agricultural industry system.Finally,a detailed analysis of the results of the calculations.The research shows that the modern agricultural industrial system in Sichuan Province is weak and there are many parts that can be developed and upgraded.From the perspective of the three dimensions of the modern agricultural industrial system,only the six secondary indicators of the multi-functional indicators exceed the average,and the industrial structure indicators and the product industrial chain indicators are ranked 10 th and 9th.From the ranking of 14 secondary indicators,Sichuan has seven secondary indicators ranked high.From the average of the indicators,the performance indicators of the leisure agriculture industry to promote employment are the best.Since the weights of the 14 secondary indicators are different for the development of the modern agricultural industrial system,we further consider the impact of the difference between the various indicators and the average value on the development level of the modern agricultural industrial system after calculating the weight.Considering the influence weight of each indicator,the two indicators that have the greatest impact on the development level of modern agricultural industrial system in Sichuan Province are the indicators that reflect the number of leisure villages recognized by the state and the economic benefits of the employment of the leisure agriculture industry.In view of the above discussion,the countermeasures for the development of modern agricultural industrial system in Sichuan Province are proposed: strengthening policy guidance,innovating agricultural ideas;optimizing industrial structure;improving agricultural industrial chain;and expanding agricultural versatility.
