Research On The Development Of Gansu Modern Agriculture Industry System

With the development of economic globalization,China’s agriculture has dev eloped from a high speed to a low speed.Agricultural modernization has beco me the main goal of agricultural development.And the core content of agricult ural modernization is to construct an industrial system of modern agriculture.Si nce 2007,the Central No.1 documents over the years have always emphasized the industrial system of modern agriculture.The implementation of the rural r evitalization strategy extremely highlighted the importance of the modern agricu ltural industrial system.As a large agricultural province,Gansu must developm ent a thorough industrial system of modern agriculture,if people want to achie ve rural industrial prosperity and agricultural modernization.Based on the background of the above research,this paper starts with the connotation and characteristics of modern agricultural industrial system accordi ng to the domestic and foreign research results.With the support of experiment al data,it deeply studies the advantages and disadvantages,chances and challen ges that the Gansu modern agricultural industrial system is faced with.And it generally analyzes the current state of the development of modern agricultural i ndustrial system in Gansu Province and measures the level of its development,which shows that the construction of Gansu modern agricultural industrial syste m is in developing stage.In accordance with development status and the chara cteristics of industrial system of modern agriculture,learning from the foreignmo del,itpropose Gansu model and strategies.At last,here are six further policy reco mmendations: the planning and development for the industrial system of moder n agriculture,more government finance input,increasing financial support,culti vating the main body of modern agricultural industry,promoting the developme nt of agriculture services,improving the macro-control ability of government.
