Unbalanced development of regional economy and promotion of industry aggravate the competition of skilled talents in the labor market. With the increase of the demand for talents and the improvement of the labor quality, the phenomenon of autonomous mobility of skilled workers has been significantly enhanced, which is manifested by more active job search behavior and the non-income factor as an important factor affecting job objectives.Job search behavior is an important process for job seekers to obtain market information and find job opportunities, while job search performance not only measures the employment quality, but also predicts the stability of enterprise talents. In addition,as an informal mechanism to obtain job information resources, social network has an important impact on the former two factors. The previous studies have paid more attention to job search task performance brought by job search behavior, such as job starting salary, but little attention to job search contextual performance, while related studies need to be supplemented urgently. So,this study has important theoretical value and practical significance for guiding skilled employees' individual job searching and enterprise human resource management.Based on the theories of job search and social network, this paper constructs the influence mechanism model of job search behavior, social network and job search performance, and puts forward the hypothesis.Referring to the mature scale developed by foreign scholars,a formal questionnaire was compiled and revised.Taking skilled employees as the research object, this paper used SPSS21.0 and AMOS21.0 to make an empirical analysis on 249 samples, and validated hypothesis models through hierarchical regression analysis. The main conclusions were as follows:(1)The positive relationship between job search behavior and job search performance of skilled employees was supported: preparatory job search behavior and active behavior had a positive impact on job search task performance of skilled employees, while active behavior and general effort had a positive impact on job search contextual performance.(2)The results also supported the moderating role of social network in relations between job search behavior and job performance. At the end of this paper, according to the empirical analysis, this paper put forward suggestions on how to improve job search performance and achieve high-quality employment for skilled employees, enterprises and governments, and pointed out the limitations of the research methods and contents,as well as the directions for further research. This paper mainly has the following innovations:(1)concept innovation: introducing the two-dimensional performance model to evaluate job-searching results and putting forward the concept of job-searching performance;(2)model improvement: taking social network as a moderating variable to strengthen the explanatory power of the original model;(3)innovation in application areas: researching the application of model in skilled employee group.
