A Study On The "Illegal Constructions Demolition Pattern" In Furong District Of Changsha

Along with the process of urbanization in China,the problem of illegal building is becoming more and more prominent.Against urban illegal buildings,management of local government is the key and difficult points.The final purpose of this article is to solve this problem.By studying The "Demolishing the Illegal Buildings " in Changsha city(a unified action for large-scale demolition of illegal buildings in the administrative area of Changsha under the leadership of Changsha municipal government from 2015 to 2016),the practical content of the operation is analysed.This paper is based on the practical work experience in urban management administrative law enforcement."Demolishing the Illegal Buildings " working mode in Changsha city especially Furong district is summarized systematically.Turther more,this paper makes detailed descriptions and interpretations mainly from the work details.Hope to provide some ideas and experience for other similar cities in the illegal construction work.This paper adopts the method of field investigation and empirical analysis.Based on the view of administration according to law,provide new case and visual angle for Illegal construction management in China.This paper is divided into seven chapters.The background and significance of the study are introduced in Chapter one.Chapter two to five elaborate specific implementation process of The "Demolishing the Illegal Buildings ".Chapter six to seven summarizes the achievements and problems behind The "Demolishing the Illegal Buildings " in Changsha city.
