Vigorously developing modern agriculture,actively promoting the integrated development of primary,secondary and tertiary industries,realizing the supply-side structural reform of agriculture,and completing the transformation of old and new driving forces of agriculture have become the focus of agriculture,rural areas and farmers in the new era.In recent years,more and more capital has been invested in agriculture,and the halo of modern agriculture is attracting more and more attention.However,the opinions on promoting the organic connection between the development of small farmers and modern agriculture issued and implemented on February 21,2019 also clearly pointed out that at present,China has a large population and a small land,and it is difficult to achieve a comprehensive scale operation in a real sense in a short time,therefore,correctly handling the relationship between moderate scale operation and supporting small farmers has become the key to the development of modern agriculture.It is an effective means to increase farmers' income and improve agricultural competitiveness to develop various forms of moderate scale operation and cultivate new agricultural operation subjects,and it is also an inevitable choice to build modern agriculture.Facility agriculture,as an important part of modern agriculture,has certain advantages in breaking through the constraint of natural climate conditions and improving agricultural income,and also it has played a positive role in promoting the orderly transfer of land,promoting the supply side reform of agricultural products,accelerating the construction of new six agricultural products,and solving the problems of agriculture,rural areas and farmers.In recent years,Shandong province has increased the policy preference in facility agriculture,and boosted the development of facility agriculture comprehensively from various aspects,such as the purchase of agricultural land subsidies for agricultural machinery.Based on years of experience in the development of facility agriculture,Shouguang city in Shandong province is particularly outstanding in this aspect.It has initially formed a certain sense of Shouguang model,which has been recognized by more and more experts and scholars as well as the whole society.Facility agriculture plays an important role in improving agricultural production and farmers' income.With the continuous improvement of facilities and equipment,the development of facility agriculture has achieved a certain transformation and upgrading in recent years.Shouguang,as the first city with the best foundation of greenhouse agriculture in China's facility agriculture,is also ready to develop.Therefore,taking Shouguang as an example,it is of practical significance to actively discuss the industrialized management and development of facility agriculture,and it has practical significance and research value.Therefore,taking Shouguang city as an example,based on the research and investigation of the current situation of facility agriculture,the development and characteristics of various modes of facility agriculture in Shouguang city,this paper stands on the vertical axis of the development of facility agriculture and takes Shouguang as the origin discussing the characteristics of the development of facility agriculture with the method of literature review,field investigation and case study.And this paper points out the problems in the development of facility agriculture industrialization in Shouguang city and puts forward some reasonable suggestions,and the suggestion is to take the government as the leading,take the market as the criterion,fully mobilize the peasant household,develop the heterogeneous and high-end production and management,innovate and improve the quality of Shouguang Mode,so as to formulate policies for the government and relevant departments,and provide reference for promoting the industrialized operation of facility agriculture.
