Bank outlets are the main business places for banking financial institutions to provide financial services to customers.Through this platform,financial institutions can provide customers with daily financial services and solve customers’ financial needs.In the process of serving customers,the bank’s financial services are highlighted.Ability to establish the brand image of the bank itself.It is the base of commercial banks in the market competition,the focus of bank management and profit sources,and the guarantee of maintaining customer relationships and realizing humanized services.At the same time,the rapid spread of Internet finance has changed people’s understanding of the traditional financial industry and passed on the new concept of Internet finance.With its low-cost and efficient business approach,it impacts the traditional operating model of bank outlets.Affected by the rapid development of Internet finance,the behaviors of deposit and withdrawal business in traditional finance,cross-bank payment clearing and resident investment and wealth management have undergone tremendous changes.The traditional bank’s service model is difficult to meet customer needs,and the pace of transformation of bank outlets is accelerating.How to realize the transformation success of bank outlets in the financial environment of the new era has become an urgent problem for commercial banks.Faced with the severe challenges of the rapid development of Internet finance for banking business,as a member of the banking financial institutions,the Bank of China Luoyang Branch’s demand for network transformation is also particularly urgent.The article mainly uses qualitative analysis method to study based on a large amount of literature,including six chapters.The first chapter introduces the research background and significance of this paper,summarizes the research viewpoints at home and abroad,and expounds the research content and methods of this paper.The second chapter introduces the development status of the branch business of Bank of China Luoyang Branch,specifically,It includes an overview of the Bank of China Luoyang branch outlets,as well as the development of daily counters,smart counters,e-banking,self-service banking and other outlets;the third chapter is the challenge of Internet finance to the Bank of China Luoyang branch outlets,through the introduction of financial background in the Internet The new characteristics of behavior,summed up the "customer to network point","net point light","team aging" and "online and offline synergy" faced by Bank of China Luoyang branch network business;the fourth chapter introduces Bank of China Luoyang The main problems in the branch network transformation include the cumbersome risk control of the counter business,the incomplete function of the intelligent counter,the low usage rate of the e-banking business,the inconsistent operation process of the self-service banking business,and the negative attitude of most employees on the transformation of the outlets.Problem;Chapter 5 is directed at Bank of China Luoyang Branch Network The problems existing in the point transformation propose countermeasures from four aspects: promoting scientific and reasonable business processes,perfecting network hardware facilities,upgrading network software facilities,and mining multi-channel business models.The sixth chapter concludes with a summary of the main points of the article.
