In recent years, with the development of China’s financial market, the competition of domestic banking becomes more and more intense. To some degree, this is the competition of talents among competitors.Among them, the public account manager is the main creator of the bank performance, and the stability of his team is very important to the development of the bank. Therefore,it is urgent for state-owned commercial banks to prevent the turnover of account managers and reduce the negative impact. In the face of the fierce competition for financial talents, commercial banks must constantly improve and optimize human resource management and the talent incentive mechanism if they want to take advantage of the opportunity. In particular, they must perfect the incentive mechanism of the core talents, improve the working enthusiasm and cultivate the sense of belonging of public account managers, and improve the corporate cultural environment, widen the promotion channels and reasonably plan the career of the core staff through optimizing the performance-based compensation system. As a joint-stock commercial bank, the current incentive mechanism of the Shenzhen Branch of B Bank needs to be improved, including the unreasonable salary distribution system, low emphasis on staff training, and insufficient promotion fairness. Moreover, the aspects of corporate culture and career management also need to be optimized. It is these factors leading to the high turnover rate of public account managers, which affects the stable development of the bank. Therefore, taking the Shenzhen Branch of B Bank as an example, this paper analyzes and summarizes the current situation of the bank’s human resources development and the brain drain situation and internal satisfaction investigation of the public account managers in the past years, using the related theories of human resources for reference.According to the results of the analysis, combined with the author’s own human resources work practice in the bank, this paper sums up the main causes and effects of the bank’s turnover of public account managers, and puts forward some improvement measures.
