Research On The Potential And Mode Of Cotton Industry Cooperation Between China And Central Asian Countries

Against the backdrop of trade frictions between China and the United States,in order to explore the use of international cooperation and international trade solving safety problems of cotton industry in China,and further study of the current situation of the development of China's cotton industry,central Asian countries cotton industry resources status,potential for bilateral cooperation,and further combining for agricultural enterprises and institutions of the multinational cooperation research material,the cotton industry of international cooperation pattern with Chinese characteristics is put forward.The details are as follows :.Firstly,the paper analyzes the scientificity and rationality of the international cooperation of cotton industry by using the theories related to international cooperation.Furthermore,based on the analysis of China's cotton resource endowment,production status and technical level,it is found that the domestic cotton planting efficiency is limited and production cost can hardly be improved,while the cotton planting area and output have a downward trend,and there is a structural imbalance in cotton supplied.Then the paper analyzes the basis and appeal to the cooperation of the whole cotton industry in China,that is,the establishment of a comprehensive industrial security indexed system,and finds that the security degree of China's cotton industry is extremely low.Meanwhile,according to the analysis of cotton market perfection based on MSVAR model,the domestic cotton market perfection is low.Based on the analysis of international trade,it is found that domestic import dependence is relatively high,import source countries are relatively concentrated,and domestic market lacks control over the supply of international cotton market,which is not conducive to the development of the downstream of domestic cotton industry chain.The above research provides a research basis of the international cooperation of cotton industry.Then based on the central Asian countries official data,more in-depth analysis of the central Asian cotton industry cooperation foundation,namely,to establish the index system of central Asian country agricultural cooperation potential,based on principal component analysis and entropy and topics method to analyze the five central Asian countries agricultural development level,followed by the analysis of planting and growing situations of cotton and cotton industry cooperation potential.Then,combined with the cotton industry(agriculture)enterprises and institutions of the multinational cooperation of on-the-spot investigation,put forward six central Asia cotton industry cooperation models,respectively," order + raw cotton import "," two parks "," two " mode," raw cotton planting + heald protect area " mode," seed cotton import + free trade zone " model " planting + processing ".Based on the analysis of the article,the author puts forward the model of central Asia(production base)-domestic bonded zone(cotton yarn processing)-domestic cotton textile export enterprises,and the overall cost is relatively low.
