With the gradual deepening of reform and rapid development of economic,Competition among enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce.And human resource management has become an important part of modern enterprise management.Therefore,reasonable and effective improvement of employee job satisfaction can enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.CCRC Qingao Sifang co.,LTD is a core enterprise,which is a High-Speed Train industrialize base.It is also a design and manufacturing enterprise of High-grade railway passenger cars,domestic fixed-point manufacturers of Metro and light rail vehicles,and national Rail Transit Equipment Products Important Export Base.It is of great significance to study the influencing factors of employee job satisfaction,whether for improving enterprise performance,improving enterprise efficiency or promoting enterprise development.Taking Sifang Co.,Ltd.as the research object,this paper systematically reviews and summarizes the relevant theories and research methods of employee job satisfaction in enterprises.It conducts questionnaires on employee job satisfaction from seven aspects: job,environment,group,pressure,salary,career development and enterprise management.At the same time,SPSS analysis software was used to analyze the reliability,validity,correlation and regression of the questionnaire on employee satisfaction and its influencing factors.The final regression model shows that: when considering only the factor of work itself,if the work itself is increased by 1 unit,the employee's job satisfaction will increase by 0.796 units;when considering only the factor of work environment,if the work environment is increased by 1 unit,the employee's job satisfaction will increase by 0.715 units;when considering only the factor of salary and treatment,if the salary and treatment are increased by 1 unit,the employee's job satisfaction will increase by 0.620 units,and the other four factors were analogous.Therefore,the job itself,working environment,salary,career development,working groups,enterprise management have a positive impact on employee job satisfaction,when considering only the work pressure,if the work pressure is increases by 1 unit,the employee's job satisfaction will decrease by 0.125 units,working pressure exert a negative effect on employee satisfaction.Finally,on the basis of the previous research,it provides guidance and suggestions for Sifang Co.,Ltd.to find out the problems in employee satisfaction management timely and accurately.
