Analysis Of Influencing Factors Of Hosting Behavior Of Land Hosting Service Subjects

Land trusteeship is a new type of agricultural socialization service produced under the separation of the three powers in recent years.It is undertaken by different subjects.Collective ownership,household contract and diversified management are the basic directions of agricultural land system innovation.Its fundamental purpose is to protect farmers' interests and promote agricultural development.The core of "separation of the three rights" is to insist on the long-term unchanged of the contractual right of agricultural land.Whether land trusteeship or land transfer,they are all new forms of promoting agricultural production and development with the separation of three rights as the core.Many cases show that land trusteeship can reduce the cost of agricultural production,improve the efficiency of agricultural production and increase the income of farmers.It is an important measure to solve a series of related problems such as "who will plant land","how to plant land".At the same time,as a new form of moderate scale management,land trusteeship still has many problems in its development process.These related issues will vary with the different service providers of land trusteeship.This paper is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction,which elaborates the research background,research purpose and significance,research content,research methods and technical routes,innovation and shortcomings.The second part is the theoretical basis and literature review.Based on the theory of economies of scale and behavioral economics,this paper reviews the research situation of land trusteeship at home and abroad from three aspects: land trusteeship,land trusteeship behavior and land trusteeship service subjects.The third part is the comparative analysis between the main bodies of land trusteeship service.The fourth part is the descriptive statistical analysis of the influencing factors of the trusteeship behavior of the land trusteeship service subjects.A sample survey of the maize land trusteeship service subjects in different areas of Liaoning Province was conducted.495 valid data were obtained.The descriptive statistical scores were made from four aspects: the basic characteristics of the service subjects,the scale and quality characteristics of the land trusteeship,the characteristics of the production links and the characteristics of the external environment.Analysis.The fifth part is the empirical analysis of the influencing factors of the trusteeship behavior of land trusteeship service providers.A total of 16 variables are designed and the influencing factors of the trusteeship behavior of different service providers are empirically analyzed by using multiple logit models.The sixth part is conclusions and suggestions.The results show that:Taking individual agricultural households as the reference item,the larger the scale of land custody,the more the main service entities provide land custody behavior;the more the number of agricultural machinery and equipment,the more the development of land custody behavior;the returning of straw will promote the development of land custody behavior.Therefore,it is proposed to cultivate new professional farmers,expand land custody area,increase investment in agricultural machinery equipment subsidies,strengthen agricultural machinery skills training,and increase government support for land custody services.
