Research On S Company Operation Management Based On Channel Management

Financial management is the central task of enterprise management,and working capital management is an important part of enterprises financial management,which directly affects the production and operation of enterprises.Strengthening the management of working capital plays a critical role in the survival and development of enterprises.Affected by the model of enterprises' management,SMEs adopt more traditional working capital management methods.The focus of this approach is to regulate the size of working capital and the structure of the allocation of working capital,and the focus is still on the management of major internal projects.The research on working capital based on channel theory and combines financial management with business process from the perspective of enterprise operation.It is helpful to improve working capital as a whole and promote the transformation of fund management focus from “capital direction” to “operation direction”.S company is a private high-tech enterprise in the domestic lighting industry,which is faced with the slowdown of industrial growth and the decline of product price,which puts forward higher requirements for the management of enterprise working capital.This paper takes S company as the research object.Firstly,it analyzes the status quo of S company's working capital management through relevant indicators of traditional working capital management.Then by using the theory of channel management S company from procurement channels,production,sales channels of working capital management is analyzed,and compared with the industry average horizontal.Then,entropy method is used to analyze the influence of various indexes of S company on working capital management from the perspective of channels,to further evaluate the working capital management situation of S company,and to explore the direction of working capital management that should be strengthened.It is pointed out that the company has some problems in working capital management,such as neglecting the construction of relationship with suppliers,backwardness of production mode leading to overstock of products,lack of credit evaluation mechanism leading to slow collection of accounts receivable,single sales channel structure and so on.Finally,based on the analysis of relevant indicators of working capital management based on channel management and the evaluation results of entropy method,the optimization Suggestions of working capital management are put forward from purchasing channel,production channel and sales channel respectively.By combining the channel theory with the working capital management theory,considering the business process and the external environment of the enterprise and applyingthe supply chain management system and the customer relationship theory in the measures,this paper is aimed at improving the performance management level of the working capital of the enterprise,and provides the beneficial reference for the illumination production enterprise to obtain the better development.
