With the rapid development of knowledge economy and information technology in recent years,each organization has been facing increasingly complicated environment as well as ascending competition pressure.Under such circumstances,organizations have to explore new competitive advantages,optimize organizational processes and improve labor relations to support the diversified development of themselves.A work team is the basic constituent part of any organization,and improving the efficiency of teamwork has been a necessary priority during organizational reform.An excellent team not only gives full play to unlimited potentials and creates new miracles but also cultivates successors by making employees accomplish achievements.If an enterprise has several outstanding teams,not only can it greatly improved its corporate performance,but also facilitate its long-term development.In the context of complicated and diversified business environment and personalized new generation staff,how to make a great team has been the difficulty and priority for any organization.As a commercial joint stock bank founded thirteen years ago,Bank M has been facing increasingly complicated business environment: China's economic environment has been increasingly complex due to the trade war between China and USA;the default risk of credit debts has been on the rise as a result of declining economic conditions and weak consumption;various convenient payment modes and P2 P platforms have emerged rapidly;in addition,fierce competitions among dozens of banks of various sizes have never stopped.As the key department of risk control for Bank M,Department M needs to improve its internal management and enhance its capability of resisting risks in such economic situations.As a result,effective team management has been the crux for organizational reform.In the paper,by analyzing the team management situations and problems of Department Z of Bank M,the ways of creating a team with high performance and powerful executive force were discussed on the basis of organizational learning theory and human relation theory.First of all,the document literature of the relevant team management was collected.The team management situations and problems of Department Z were analyzed by using the case analysis method and focus object interview.An in-depth research was conducted for the causes of these problems.Based on organizational learning theory and human relation theory,relevant thoughts were proposed for the ways to solve the problems during team management and enhance team management.The paper is composed of five chapters.In Chapter I,the research contents,structure and methods were presented on the basis of research background,research purpose,and research significance;in Chapter II,literature related to team management at home and abroad were processed and summarized,and relevant theoretical basis,the concept of team management,organizational learning theory and human relation theory,were processed as well;in Chapter III,the actual conditions and team management situations of Bank M were analyzed in detail,and the main problems were presented and the root causes for these problems were investigated by making investigations and researches;in Chapter IV,relevant solutions were presented specific to the problems and causes of the team management for Bank M;in Chapter V,the final conclusion was drawn and the deficiencies of the paper were revealed as well.In the research,actual cases were analyzed on the basis of theoretical knowledge to put forward some instructions and improvements for team management: Firstly,in terms of team culture,we should optimize the interpersonal relationships within the organization,and built a learning team to improve the enthusiasm of employees.Secondly,the performance appraisal scheme and incentive mechanism should be developed to enhance employees' motivation and creativity.Thirdly,team management methods shall be optimized to give employees more space for independent creation,and the guidance beforehand shall be emphasized.Fourthly,we should improve the overall ability of key management personnel,clarify the responsibilities of team managers,and strengthen the training of reserve cadres.The research findings can be some references for the team management of the similar companies.
