As a temporary organization, temporary team, with its dynamic and efficient features, provid a rapid reaction response to the competitive environment of flexible management tolls. However, because of its unique structure. it brought great challenges to the construction of the team trust. Because of the limited time of the team, the trust established through the task is very fragile. From the perspective of organizational learning, trust management of temporary team can be understood as a trust building process of potential learning. In this process, various management strategy of the team trust can be understood as the trust building process in the corresponding of different levels of organizational learning process.In this study, by reviewing a large number of theoretical literatures. from the letter of intern, team learning, tasks and communication environment. from the perspective of organizational learning, extract the four general factors to build on the theory model of trust management, then put forward hypotheses and design the questionnaire. Assumptions were basically confirmed in empirical results presented in this study. Finally, achieve greater level of trust by the target task management, team learning management, communication management and philosophy of cooperation management.The main results of this study are:(1) Combined with the large number of previous literature. summed up the temporary team based on organizational learning overall trust management of the four components namely:cooperation philosophy, team learning, tasks. and communication atmosphere.(2) In this study, the perspective of organizational learning, organizational learning, built on trust management of temporary team model, and joined the interim team and the temporary team members as part of the background characteristics of the background variables, to make the model more complete.(3) Based on the empirical analysis results. based on the four trust management elements of temporary team. to improve the team confidence in the methods and strategies for the organization and team management practices to provide a theoretical reference.
