In recent years,with the diversity of market demand,people's personalized customization has become more and more popular,and the Make-Order(MTO)production line has been applied by more and more manufacturing companies.The key and difficult point for order-oriented production is how to achieve a balanced and timely production.The analysis and improvement of the production line bottleneck and the optimization of the temporary storage area are crucial to the improvement of the balance performance of the production line,and the optimal production sequence of the order products on the mixed flow production line is the core of achieving the punctualization.The topic of this thesis combines the practical problems that the author's internship unit S company urgently needs to solve in production.This paper focuses on the problem of the allocation of the temporary storage area of the production unit and the optimization of the production line of the mixed flow assembly line.In view of the operation mode and production principle of the orderoriented enterprise,the following research was carried out through the internship and research in S company,combined with the status quo and problems of the drive product production line.The research results have important reference value for S company to improve the drive production line.Research on the configuration of the temporary storage area of the drive production line.First,the bottleneck process was found in the analysis of the production line bottleneck,and suggestions and suggestions for improvement were proposed.Secondly,aiming at the current situation of many products in each process of the production line,the simulation model of the power supply board production line system of the driver component is established.The optimal proportion of the temporary storage area of the production line is studied by using the Design of Experiment(DOE)simulation optimization method.The problems and shortcomings in the current production sequencing method of the mixed assembly line of S company's drive products are analyzed.Combined with the actual production,the optimization goal of the assembly line production is put forward,which is to minimize the waiting time of the product on the assembly line,minimize the fluctuation of the material consumption rate and minimize the cost of product switching adjustment,and design the optimization problem of the production of the mixed assembly line of the driver.Multi-objective functions and corresponding mathematical models.On the basis of collecting production data,the genetic algorithm is used to simulate and optimize the sequencing problem of final assembly line production.The results show that the optimized production sequence can significantly shorten the manufacturing cycle and improve the response speed of S company's driver products to market demand under the premise of ensuring material leveling and reducing switching costs.
