Research On Planning Of Hongshan Logistics Park In Chifeng

With the economic globalization and the development of the modern science and technology, more and more attention is paid to the development of modern logistics, which is regarded as the accelerator of the economics, is now blossoming and going to become a promising industry. Logistics Park is a management node of modern logistics system. Therefore, research on planning of Logistics Park is of great significance for promoting the modern logistics industry and regional economic development.Chifeng as the economic center of eastern Inner Mongolia, eastern Mongolia is known as a logistics hub city, Logistics industry development level is low, so it can not meet the needs of economic and social development of Chifeng and the surrounding areas. The article researches on planning of Hongshan Logistics Park in Chifeng combining present situation of Chifeng logistics industry development.(1)Firstly, the overall survey of foreign logistics park development is analyzed, the typical profile obtained by comparing the building from the experience, and the develop trend and main problems are pointed out,too.(2)The basic concepts of the logistics park, classification, characteristics and basic function are analyzed,the basic contents of Logistics park's planning and building are confirmed,including strategic positioning, functional design and operation mode analysis.(3) Analysis of Chifeng Hongshan logistics park construction and development environment focus on two aspects,they are social economy development and policy environment of Chifeng city and the surrounding cities,and pointing out the advantages and problems of Chifeng logistics park development.(4) Chifeng Logistics park planning and construction are analyzed as an example,including business development general orientation, location and function area layout design.Firstly,basic functions of Hongshan Logistics park are defined basing on Development orientation,and the functions are foreign service function, service function, development of function, social function. Hongshan logistics park location plan is determined according to the layout principle of Logistics park function area combining analysis of traffic condition and economic environment of Hongshan Logistics Park.Finally,layout plan is put forward by calculating the area of functional areas according to layout principle of Logistics park function area and features of Hongshan Logistics Park.The paper analyzes the plan and the development of Logistics Park by combining the theory research and example analysis,which makes guidance for Logistics Park Planning and Building in China.
