Research On Evaluation Of Sustainable Development Of New Urbanization From The Perspective Of Urban Agglomeration

Urbanization is the current economic and social development situation and a sign of world development.New urbanization has developed rapidly in China in recent years.The national new urbanization plan proposes to take people's urbanization as the core and urban agglomeration as the main form,and then to improve the level of urban sustainable development.The development model dominated by urban agglomerations is the dominant mode that China's urbanization must follow at this stage,and it is also an inevitable trend of urbanization development.In view of this,this paper discusses the evaluation of sustainable development of new urbanization based on the theory associated with research.This paper sorts out the evaluation methods of new urbanization,summarizes the sustainable evaluation methods,defines the concept of new urbanization and the concept of urban agglomerations,and discusses the basic theories of new urbanization and sustainable development theory.Then based on the core indicators of urbanization construction in the National New Urbanization Plan(2014-2020),and through the literature analysis,the relevant evaluation index system is constructed.On this basis,this paper evaluates and studies the sustainable development of new urbanization in 11 major cities in China from the perspective of economy,society and environment,using principal component analysis and cluster analysis methods to calculate The various dimensions and the comprehensive evaluation scores were sorted and ranked,and then the comprehensive evaluation of the sustainable development of new urbanization was carried out.Finally,based on the evaluation results,policies and recommendations are proposed for the future development of the urban agglomeration.This paper comprehensively and systematically analyzes the mechanism of new urbanization sustainable development,introduces the design ideas and analysis methods of the new urbanization sustainable development index system,analyzes the influencing factors of new urbanization sustainable development,and promotes new urbanization.The sustainable research is in-depth development,and it has certain reference significance for the in-depth study of the new urbanization sustainable development mechanism.
