As growing vigorously,the small and micro enterprises in China have become an important part of the national economy.And the core employees who hold the key technology and information play a vital pole in the survival and development of the enterprises.The need of the talents in the mall and micro enterprises is very urgent.Affected by domestic and international economic environment and constraints,and the problem of enterprises,enterprises are facing difficult to recruit people and keep people more difficult situation.Talent dilemma has become one of the main factors that restrict the survival and development of small and micro enterprises.How to use the existing motivation theory is an important topic for the small and micro enterprises grow.The purpose is to motivate the employees,improve work performance,to achieve common development of enterprises and employees.In this paper,the author puts forward the train of thought of "putting forward the problem,the theoretical study,analyzing the problem and solving the problem",using the domestic and international incentive theory.In this paper,the analysis of the current situation and causes of small and micro enterprises core staff incentive mechanism.Finally,this paper Offer a proposal in suggestion of optimizing the incentive mechanism of small and micro enterprises core employees,by the case study in Foshan City of Guangdong Province.This paper is divided into five parts.Part 1 is introduction.The contents include research background,research significance,domestic and foreign research situation,research content and method.Part 2 is concept elaboration and the theory needed to study.Part 3 is key content.This part takes the small and micro enterprises in Foshan City of Guangdong Province as the research subjects,and with the help of questionnaire and interview survey method.The content is to analyze the problems and causes of small and micro enterprises core staff incentive mechanism.Part 4 is countermeasure.This part Offer a proposal,from the salary system,staff development,work management,corporate culture,etc.Part 5 is conclusion.This paper based on small and micro enterprises,and focus on motivating core employees.It is of great significance to the long-term development of small and micro enterprises.It provides reference for Small and micro enterprises incentive mechanism optimization.
