| Since the reform and opening up,the economy of our country has been developing rapidly.As an important component of the national economy,private enterprises have also been greatly developed.Zhejiang province is the hometown of private enterprises,and after more than 30 years of reform and development,it has been come out in front of the country’s economic development and among them,the private economy has made great contributions.Although private enterprises in Zhejiang have achieved some success,they are also faced with difficulties and problems in their development.How to explore and establish an effective way of human resources development,to maximize the development,attracting,cultivating and digging talent,to improve the competitiveness of enterprises and promote sustainable development of enterprises is private enterprises in Zhejiang,especially urgent problems in small and medium sized private enterprises.The object of this paper is Zhejiang wen zhou W shoe industry co.LTD.It is a typical private enterprise,and there are many problems that exist in the training of private enterprises.On the basis of investigation and research,the author understands the problems existing in enterprise training,puts forward some suggestions on the construction of human resource training strategy concept,perfecting the training system of enterprise human resources,improving the training and operation guarantee system of enterprises,and provides a reference for the design of training system for private enterprises.It has some reference value. |
