As China’s economic boomingand developing, small andmedium-sized enterprises is becoming more and more important in the national economic development position, at the same time receivemore and more attention from all over the society.However, with the rapid development of the era of diversified and the reform of economic system, some small and medium-sized enterprise can’t adapt to the development trend.Under the impact of the severe competition of market economy, facing the social various aspects pressure, many problems of small and medium enterprises will gradually appear.Research how to effectively manage the human resource planning for employees, design reasonable performance evaluation system, so as to realize the reasonable incentive, guarantee the stability of the human resource architecture become each small and medium-sized enterprises faced with problems.Taking the performance appraisal of Dcompany as the research object, through questionnaire survey, interviews, field survey carried on the comprehensive research to the enterprise, in order to understand the status of the company’s human resources management, especially the company’s performance appraisal evaluation system related content. In this paper, the research found that the performance appraisal of D company exists imperfect performance evaluation system, the lack of scientific performance evaluation method, poorly designed performance appraisal indicatorsetc.Performance appraisal in D company just become a mere formality, not most people’s attention and recognition. In order to make the D company performance evaluation more scientific and systematic,this paper puts forward the general ideas of D company performance evaluation system optimization designaccording to the D Company staff performance appraisal to the actual operation.For the management of the production workshop and ordinary employees work nature, this article emphatically to build a set of suitable performance appraisal system for D company production workshop staff optimization design, respectively.Quantitative part of the performance appraisal system design is the key to selection of indicators and the determination of index weight. The author through the method of performance appraisal, performance appraisal system of aspects such as literature reading, choose the method of KPI(The Key Performance Indicators) for D company production personnel performance appraisal method, through on-the-spot investigation to determine the key performance indicators, and use AHP( Analytic Hierarchy Process) to establish the weight of each index. Besides the above quantitative analysis part, the author designed the performance appraisal system of D company process, analyzes its implementation and feedback. According toDcompany do not take the assessment using the results of the problem, the author designed the performance appraisal results used, highlighted by performance appraisal to achieve optimal allocation of human resources.
