Research On Farmland Scale Suitability Management And Influencing Factors Based On Development Of Pomelo Industrial In Langzhong City

The development of Chinese pomelo industry has a long history,form Zhou to Qin Dynasties,of which pomelo began to grow,in addition to China,the United States,Brazil,Argentina,Japan and Southeast Asia and other countries are also produced pomelo.At present,our country's pomelo acreage and production is ranking first in the world,and the export trade,export pomelo also accounted for a space for one person,but China's competitiveness in the world pomelo is insufficient,and this is because the varieties and pomelo planting scale did not reach the appropriate scale of operation.Therefore,in Langzhong City,the town,the old view,Wencheng town is the main research area of Langzhong,the land of pomelo industry moderate scale management and analysis of factors influencing the moderate scale management of farmland,can optimize the industrial structure so as to standardize pomelo,pomelo industry,to provide a theoretical reference to improve the market competitiveness of pomelo industry,help in Langzhong pomelo industry development,therefore,very useful.This paper is divided into six parts,the first part is the introduction,mainly introduces the research background,significance,ideas and methods;the second part is the related concepts of this study and the definition on the theory of scale economy,agricultural production function theory and the theory of industrial development;analysis of the current situation of the study area third from the analysis of individual characteristics,farmers income,pomelo status,land scale and other conditions;the fourth part of the business scale of land suitability was calculated with the efficiency of scale,income scale as the criterion to agricultural production function improved CD function based on the moderate scale management of pomelo industry land value estimation;fifth part it is on grapefruit growers influence factors of moderate scale management of farmland is studied by using two element regression model;the sixth part is the conclusion and Countermeasures Suggestions.Through the research,this paper obtained the following main conclusions:1.Measurement of the appropriate management value of the scale of the farm land in the pomelo industry: under the efficiency scale,the appropriate management value of the farm land scale of the pomelo farmers in the area is 28.39 mu,and this is the optimal farmland scale under the maximization of the profit of the honey pomelo growers.Under this scale,the labor,capital and land can reach the best allocation ratio;Under the existing agricultural land scale,the average net income of the whole household is 157977.1 yuan,but the net income of the whole area will reach 218219.98 yuan,and the income increase by 38.1%.In addition,under the existing agricultural land scale,the number of household average labor in the study area is 2.79,while the average number of labor per household is 1.49 under the moderate management of the country model of the pomelo industry.That is to say,1.3 labor forces are transferred.2.Among the factors affecting the moderate scale management of the farm land,the total family labor force population,the annual average income and the mechanization degree are 5% significant,the natural resources and the technical input are 10%,the results are all positive.The cost of the input of production data is significant under the 5% level,and the annual average employment is employed.The cost of labor is significant at 10% level and negative impact.The planting pattern is significant at the level of 1%,and the natural environment and economic conditions are different in different regions,and this makes the planting pattern of Pomelo Variety.3.The countermeasures are as follows: to strengthen the fund support,promote the optimal allocation of regional resources and accelerate the construction of the agricultural social service system,the government should play a guiding role,and establish a platform for the transfer of farmland to make the information of the agricultural land circulation more open and transparent and standardize the transfer mechanism of agricultural land,so as to manage the agricultural land of the pomelo industry in a moderate scale.The basic countermeasures are as follows: strengthening the fund support,promoting the optimal allocation of regional resources and speeding up the construction of the agricultural socialization service system,the government should play a guiding role,and establish a platform for the transfer of farmland to make the information of agricultural land circulation more open and transparent,and standardize the mechanism of agricultural land circulation,so as to be appropriate for the agricultural land of the pomelo industry.It will lay the foundation for scale management,pay more attention to the cultivation of modern pomelo producers,attract more rural surplus labor and related major students' employment,speed up the development level of agricultural mechanization,improve the quality and management level of the pomelo,so as to achieve the increase of income.We should pay more attention to the cultivation of
