The T company's elevator installation team has not yet established a complete performance appraisal system.The single appraisal index ignores the unity of organizational goals and individual goals.The lack of scientific and effective team performance appraisal system has become the development restrictions of T company elevator installation team,resulting in a lot of Installation management problems,the implementation of the project process and the implementation results also have some potential risks like management out of control.Therefore,T company urgently needs to establish a performance appraisal system for the elevator installation project team to achieve the purpose of improving the performance of the project team.Through the analysis of project management theory,the applicability of modern performance appraisal theory and the status of T company management,this paper puts forward the design idea of T company project performance appraisal system.The performance appraisal system was designed for the T company installation project team by adopting the combination of KPI assessment method and 360° assessment method.The assessment content of this paper covers the overall indicators of the project,the key performance indicators of the post,and the performance indicators.In order to ensure the effective support of the performance appraisal indicators designed in this paper for the whole performance appraisal system,this paper focuses on the setting of indicators for each appraisal content: The overall indicators and personal performance of the T company elevator installation project team are directly linked.The key performance indicators are based on the combing of the work items of each position,and the work performance indicators are based on the establishment of the quality ability model of the project team.This paper also designs the performance appraisal subject,performance appraisal comprehensive score calculation,performance appraisal level,performance appraisal cycle and result application.In order to ensure the effectiveness of the performance system designed in this paper,organizational security,system security,and information system security are taken as safeguard measures.The performance appraisal system established by the T company installation project team established from the perspective of practical operation has certain operability and effectiveness,and provides useful reference for related enterprises in the same industry and achieves the expected research purpose.
