Performance appraisal system is an important part of the human resourcemanagement system, through establishing the evaluation standard as a basis, enterpriseorganization can collect, analysis, evaluate and feedback the executive condition of theappraisee on their behavior, working result. In order to form a scientific, reasonable,objective, just human resource decision. Good performance appraisal system can manageand coordinate the company’s internal organization capital and human capital effectively,improve the knowledge and ability of individual&team, improve employeeperformance continuously, inspire employees to create the value of the potential,promote enterprise strategic target realization.Established in1993, Dalian Zhongshen Construction and Installation Company isresponsible for building engineering construction, decoration, doors&windowsmanufacturing installation, curtain wall designing installation and precast concrete. Inorder to achieve the company strategic target, the company establish the company’sperformance appraisal system through the application of the balanced score card, but dueto the deviations of management and technology, there should be some improvement ofcurrent performance evaluation system, especially in performance indicators setting,performance appraisal managing and performance results using. Based on theperformance management applications of balanced scorecard, they offer someimprovement suggestions on checking the company performance evaluation system,especially for some specific problems, from optimizing performance appraisal target,indicators, improving performance evaluation method, promoting performance appraisalprocess management, and perfecting the performance results application.
