Research On R&D Management Improvement Of ZY Corporation Metallurgical Facilities

Currently,traditional heavy industries are nearly full of domestic area.The government is strict to these industries because they contaminate the environment seriously.As a general contractor and design corporation in the metallurgical field,ZY faces a severe test.In this case,r&d innovation has become the precondition and new starting point for the survival and development of enterprises,and the r&d management ability of enterprises plays an increasingly important role in the future strengthening competition environment.The original research and development system of ZY corporation is backward,which leads to low research and development efficiency.In order to improve the efficiency and success rate of research and development,this paper studies advanced research and development management modes at home and abroad,and analyzes the problems in the research and development management process of ZY corporation.The ZY r&d model was improved through integrated r&d management mode(IPD).From the aspects of process reorganization,market management and product reorganization,this paper makes a detailed discussion.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the improved model of research and development,safeguards are added to ensure that from many aspects.
