As the most important and core function of human resource management,incentive plays an important role in survival and development of enterprises.Employees are the soul of the enterprise,especially the millennial employees,is the new force of the enterprise,is the realization of enterprise value and development of the new force.At present,the millennial employees have gradually become the main force of enterprise development.How to adopt effective incentive measures according to their demand characteristics is the focus and difficulty of current theoretical circles and practitioners.Bank A Dalian Branch has been established for 17 years and ranks first among joint-stock commercial banks in Dalian.However,with the deepening of the financial market,the increasing competition between banks,and the economic downturn in Liaoning Province,Bank A Dalian Branch has encountered tremendous challenges in terms of products,business and services.At the same time,Bank A still has many loopholes in attracting,training and retaining the millennial employees,which will affect the future development of Bank A.The reason is that the millennial employees incentive mechanism is not perfect.The traditional incentive model for the post-90 s generation has little effect,not enough to play a positive role.If we go into the in-depth study,looking for an effective incentive mechanism for this group is very necessary.Based on the two-factor incentive theory,this paper investigates and analyzes the current incentive situation of the new generation employees of Bank of_by using the methods of literature research,investigation and analysis,interview and combing analysis,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to perfect the incentive policy of the new generation employees of Bank of_through the combination of health care factors and incentive factors.Retain the millennial employees and realize the sustainable development of A bank.
