The Planning And Layout Research Of H Company Composite Component Production Facilities

H company as a leading enterprise in the general aircraft manufacturing industry in China,needs through building a new efficient,modern composite components manufacturing factory to expand production scale and expanding enterprise comprehensive strength.New factory facilities planning for enterprises is a very important research content,a good facilities planning,can reduce the amount of material handling,reduce invalid labor,improve the workshop environment and improve production efficiency,reduce cost,etc.This article apply LEAN to the early planning layout,according to the prediction model of productions and development in the future,combined with the product process,workshop production basic elements and available area and other related information,divide the work unit and determine the operation area of actual demand,then through the process of production logistics and the nonlogistics factors,using the method of systematic facilities layout for the new factory to analyze the relationship between logistics strength and nonlogistic strength,and figure out the position correlation diagram of work unit and area arrangement diagram of work unit,to get three possible arrangement plan,then through the weighted checklist method to evaluate candidate,ultimately determine the optimal facility planning layout.This paper first introduces the development of facilities planning and layout method on basic concept,then introduce the current situation of the development of H company,and the requirements of the production planning,production process and new plant facilities planning and layout.Then in the stage of the new factory facility planning and layout,introduce how to use systematic facility layout method to design the relevant work area and production process.Further application of LEAN to determining the evaluation criteria,to measure and evaluate the various layout schemes,ultimately figure out the best composite component facility plant from the optimal layout scheme.
