Study On Evaluation Index System Of New Product Development In G Company

A scientific evaluation index system can help enterprises to make more comprehensive decision in new product development,which is conducive to choice of the right products to develop.Base on the current state of G Company,this paper combine the general evaluation index with index from G Company's focus point,and use the BSC(Balanced Score Card)to build the new product development evaluation index system of G Company.In order to ensure the scientific and effective,the paper using the expert resources of G company to screen and confirm the index system.Then,choose AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)and Fuzzy comprehensive analysis method as evaluation means,to determine the weight of each index and evaluation criteria.Finally,this index system has been proved to be scientific and effective,by some actual applications.How to determine the scoring criteria of the questionnaire has been a difficult problem in the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.On the basis of G's historical product score established new product evaluation comprehensive score standard,from two through the evaluation results of comparison,to eliminate the subjective scoring,thus avoiding the determination of the scoring criteria of single index problems.The method is simple and easy to use,and can be operated easily,and it has been verified by the feasibility of the actual project.The new product development index system constructed in this paper follows the principle of the construction of the index system,which can provide some reference for the type of small and medium enterprises.
