Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Development Of The Suburbs Sightseeing Agricultural Parkin Lubei District Of Tangshan City

The income level of the citizens has been continuously improved,the pressure on work and life has been increasing.Citizens prefer to enjoy themselves and relax in the pastoral scenery,which increases the demand for holiday leisure travel,and prompts the rapid development of sightseeing agriculture.The purpose of the paper's research is to find out the problems existing in the development of the suburban sightseeing agricultural park in Lubei District of Tangshan City,to analyze the reasons,to draw on the practical experience of domestic and foreign development to propose targeted solutions and to explore an efficient and sustainable development road.In the paper,based on the basic concepts of sightseeing agriculture parks,the main types and theoretical foundations of its development are discussed by using the literature research method,the domestic and foreign development practice and experience is summarized by using the comparative research method,and combined case,the development status of the suburban sightseeing agricultural park in the suburbs of Lubei District of Tangshan City is summarized.The paper focuses on the following aspects:(1)Introducing the development plan,related policies and achievements of the agricultural sightseeing park in the suburbs of lubei district of Tangshan city;(2)The problems encountered in the development are sorted out,including project planning and approval are not in place,modern agricultural development lags behind,tendency of urbanization and commercialization is serious,development of featured resources is insufficient and the government did not follow up on brand building.The reasons are analyzed: the role of policy and NGOs is not evident,understanding of public needs is insufficient,sustainable development of sightseeing agriculture is neglected,Cultural and industrial characteristics have not been deepened,lack of guidance on management and technology;(3)Finally,the paper puts forward the countermeasures from the perspective of the government from following aspects: to do a good job in overall planning,to encourage the development of modern agriculture,to pay attention to ecological environmental protection,to encourage the development of cultural and industrial characteristics,and to cultivate brand awareness.This paper takes the suburban sightseeing agriculture park in lubei district of Tangshan city as a sample,applys new public service theory,conducts an in-depth study on the problems in the development,and puts forward relevant countermeasures and Suggestions from the perspective of the government,so as to enhance the realization of social public interest,provide practical reference for the sustainable development of sightseeing agriculture and provide reliable material for summarizing general development strategies.
