In recent years, with rapid development of Cross-border E-commerce industry, the government’s policies on Cross-border E-commerce introduce increased research in this area.The paper provide information on cross-border electricity supplier to China after the study. The analysis of DHgate as the case were from the microscopic analysis of the export B2B electronic business platform business model, to provide reference for the same industry enterprises.This paper firstly reviews the domestic and foreign research, definition and analysis of the present status of the industry, for the later case studies lay the foundation.In the case study, article analyzed the business model elements, service model, profit model, supply chain integration model of DHgate, then used PEST model, five forces model, SWOT model to analyze the competitiveness of enterprises of DHgate. And it draws a conclusion that exports B2B electronic business platform version 2.0 have three cores:transaction services, commission earnings, supply chain integration.The business model of DHgate is competitive. Finally, it comes up with thinking and recommendations on the DHgate.com business model, as well as three Chinese B2B Enlightenment to export electricity supplier platform.
