Research On The Coordination Degree Of Cross-border E-commerce And Cross-border Logistics In My Country Based On The Composite System Model

China’s cross-border E-COMMERCE has experienced rapid development,the transaction scale shows a high-speed growth trend.In 2008,the total volume of cross-border E-COMMERCE transactions in China was only 0.8 trillion yuan,which increased to 9 trillion yuan in 2018,with an average annual compound growth rate of nearly 30%.At the same time,the proportion of cross-border e-commerce in the total scale of China’s import and export trade has been increasing,from only 4.4% in 2008 to 29.5% in 2018,and now it has become an indispensable part of China’s import and export trade.Under this background,cross-border e-commerce logistics has significant e-commerce characteristics,the development of commodity transport from the traditional international freight transport of bulk goods to the cross-border logistics transport of small batch and multi-frequency has provided strong support for the development of cross-border e-commerce in order to meet the diversified market demands,this puts forward a higher level requirement for cross-border logistics.However,the current information level of cross-border logistics can not keep up with the development of cross-border e-commerce,so the further development of cross-border e-commerce has a certain constraint.In addition,the development of cross-border e-commerce is still facing many difficulties.The development of cross-border e-commerce also restricts the development and operation of cross-border logistics.Therefore,how to achieve the coordinated development is the focus of the government,enterprises and scholars.In this paper,the research object,based on the theory of composite system and synergy theory,through the establishment of a composite system synergy evaluation index system,this paper evaluates and studies the level of coordinated development of cross-border e-commerce and logistics in the three regions of the east,middle and west of China,so as to get the representation of the lack of coordination in the development process of the two,and puts forward some pertinent suggestions on their coordinated development,it is expected to provide some help for the development of cross-border e-commerce and cross-border logistics in the future,which is of great significance to promote the development of cross-border e-commerce and cross-border logistics.The results show that the order degree of the two subsystems of cross-border e-commerce and cross-border logistics has been increasing year by year,while the synergy degree of the composite system has been relatively low,which belongs to low degree of coordination,the main reason for the lack of synergetic degree of the composite system is the disharmony among the elements of each subsystem and the mutual friction and restriction between subsystems.Should promote the improvement of the functions of each subsystem,and should take the government as the leading role,expand the new logistics model,promote the coordination of cross-border e-commerce and reverse logistics,build an integrated network platform and promote the cooperation of multi-subjects,further expand the market domestic demand.
