The Research Of Application Of Quality Management Of C Company Based On PLM Under Background Of Intelligent Manufacturing

The development of intelligent manufacturing mode based on Digitalization promotes the change of enterprise management mode(s),and brings opportunities to the development of quality management theory.Quality management based on product life cycle is the trend of future management.We need to seriously consider/evaluate and widely discuss,in order to provide some reference and experience for quality management under this new model.In this study,we discussed the development direction of quality management mode under the background of intelligent manufacturing development.And,we studied the integration of quality management and Internet industrial technologies.At the same time,based on the research of intelligent manufacturing theory,life cycle theory and quality management theory,we established the quality management mode and framework and procedure which based on product life cycle management software.And we discussed the digital detection under this quality lifecycle management mode.At the same time,taking the quality management mode based on life cycle software of C Company as an example,the practical solution is put forward,and the effect of applying the solution is interpreted.In the process of C company’s implementation: the product and process optimized;enterprise’s production efficiency and technological standards have been improved;enterprise management has been become better and image been improved.The conclusion drawn in this paper is that Quality management will deeply integrate with the mode of product life cycle management.And quality management will run through the product life cycle.Digital inspection tooling will be the solid foundation of this quality management mode,greatly improved the efficiency of quality control.At the same time,it is pointed out that the promotion of new quality management mode is of great significance to the development strategy of enterprises.
