P company is a leading global electrical and automation manufacturer with a segmented market share of about 15%,mainly occupying the high-end market,but currently facing a strong challenge,first of all,from the competitors to catch up more and more urgent,Advantage is no longer so obvious.Second,P company's existing channel loss is large,the distribution system is not sound,high operating costs,reducing the competitiveness of the market.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part introduces the research background and research methods,the research status at home and abroad.The second part introduces the theoretical overview of this paper,including the distribution channel management theory,channel strategic goal analysis,channel conflict Management theory.The third part analyzes the current company profile and channel management strategy of P company to find out the existing problems in channel management.The fourth part analyzes the current problems,including the re-design of channels,flattening,professional Transformation of the channel target members of the choice,falsifying problem management and channel conflict resolution,combined with 4P theory to improve the marketing strategy recommendations.Analyzes the core channel distribution strategy of P company,studies the various problems encountered by the channel distributors in the market,sums up the management strategy of distribution channel for the industry,improves the market visibility,and combines the brand and the channel organically.
