The Research Of Overview And Optimized Paths In Recreational Belt Around Metropolis Based On New-type Urbanization: Case Study Of Harbin City

China has chosen new-type urbanization,in order to cope with the impact of resources and environment and the negative widening gap between urban and rural areas in the process of urbanization,to coordinate urban and rural areas development.The aim of new-type urbanization is not to increase the proportion of urban population and expand the city scale,but to pursue the sustainable development and urban-rural integration in the terms of industrial support,human settlements,social security and lifestyle.On this basis,the most efficient region for new-type urbanization is the areas of Recreational Belt Around Metropolis(ReBAM).Based on the recreational attractions,ReBAM is a special landscape recreational space between urban and rural areas,which is an interactive space in urban and rural areas.It can strengthen the interaction in economy,culture and resources between urban and rural areas,to promote the industrial structure optimization in rural areas and realize Intra-regional urbanization by constructing Harbin ReBAM.The model of ReBAM could be a new paradigm in the development of new-type urbanization.The article takes Harbin as the research object,which is an experimental unit about new-type urbanization,analyzes the current situations and problems in Harbin ReBAM,and propose constructive strategies in the context of new-type urbanization.The first part is a summary of the research background about ReBAM,the research status at home and abroad and application methods.The second part describes the theories about the new-type urbanization and ReBAM respectively.The third part introduces study area,data resources and the research methods.In the fourth part,having an introduction about the distribution and development status of recreational attractions,supporting facilities in Harbin city.Then,based on POIs,mainly used qualitative study and quantitative analysis methods to analysis study area.Qualitative study and classification of the attractions in the Harbin ReBAM,then estimates the quantities and spatial distributions of recreational attractions by the method of spatial analysis.Then,having a market analysis based on questionnaire data.Thirdly,calculating maturity comprehensive value by questionnaire data.Through the maturity evaluation,the Harbin ReBAM has been divided into four categories.The fifth part is about the in the suggestions based on the development of new-type urbanization.The last part is the conclusion and prospects of Harbin ReBAM.The results mainly contained: attractions categories are abundant and the spatial distribution is concentrated in Harbin ReBAM,showing the characteristics of "internal concentrated external dispersion" from the perspective of spatial pattern.The status structure of Harbin ReBAM as following: take the Harbin Railway Station as the center,the mature core region(0-25km)firstly,the comparatively ripe inner recreational belt(26-100km),the less mature middle recreational belt(101-200km),the immature outer recreational belt(>200km)lastly.In view of the differentiations in the development of different regions,the paper put forward the optimized suggestions from planning,policy,industry,talent services and so on,to promote the development of Harbin ReBAM.
