Under the current economic background,more and more enterprises begin to pay attention to the formulation of corporate strategy,begin to integrate their business strategically,formulate reasonable division of labor and efficient operation strategy,which brings about the importance of outsourcing non-core business,and supply chain industry is springing up like bamboo shoots after a spring rain.The supply chain industry initially mainly refers to the logistics industry,which mainly undertakes the transportation of products to reduce the transportation costs of customers.Later,the supply chain service gradually evolved into a system which integrates information flow,capital flow,logistics and business flow,and can provide all-round and multi-faceted services.It is no longer confined to the logistics field.Supply chain service plays an important role in market competition.The development of supply chain service provides an efficient,convenient and scale-based service for enterprises.It effectively reduces the cost and efficiency of non-core business,saves a lot of time cost for customers,enables customers to use limited time,energy and capital in the company’s core business,so as to achieve targeted.This provides a broader opportunity and platform for us to study the management strategy of supply chain service providers.On May 28,2018,the General Office of the Ministry of Finance and the General Office of the Ministry of Commerce jointly issued the Notice on Developing Modern Supply Chain System in Circulation Field in 2018.The Notice mainly emphasizes the importance of the state to the development of modern supply chain system,and also clarifies the financial subsidy of the central government to the construction of modern supply chain system in circulation field.The support is strong.The issuance sign of this Notice is as follows: Our modern supply chain system will gradually become standardized,intelligent,coordinated and green.This paper is divided into seven parts.The first part is the background introduction of the current development of supply chain,as well as the development of domestic and foreign supply chain research,which provides more theoretical basis and experience for this study.The second part mainly combs the related theories of supply chain involved in this paper,including the related overview of supply chain,the related concepts of supply chain service providers and the diversity of supply chain service providers.The third part uses PEST analysis method to introduce the industry environment faced by LK supply chain service providers from a macro point of view.At present,the supply chain service industry is developing rapidly,the market demand is large,there is a great potential for development,facing many opportunities and challenges,and then uses PEST analysis method to introduce the industry environment faced by LK supply chain service providers.Five-force model analyses the industrial environment of LK supply chain service providers;the fourth part,taking my own LK supply chain service providers as an example,introduces LK supply chain service providers and analyses their internal conditions,so that we have a preliminary understanding and understanding of LK supply chain service providers,at the same time,through introducing the profit model and existing problems of LK supply chain service providers,we find out the supply chain service providers.The industry belongs to the industry of "high asset-liability ratio,low net asset return",which leads to the discussion of diversification development strategy for LK supply chain service providers.The fifth part uses SWOT analysis method to elaborate the advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and threats faced by LK supply chain service providers from a micro perspective,which makes LK supply chain service providers begin to diversify for their own enterprises.The exploration and attempt of the diversification strategy mainly reduces the asset-liability ratio by increasing the property ownership and micro-loan areas,while increasing the source of profits.LK supply chain service providers have achieved preliminary results in the choice of diversification development strategy,and provided reference for other companies in the industry.The sixth part,through the previous study,proposes that supply chain service providers need to explore diversified development strategies if they want to achieve sustainable market development.increase profits and seek strategies suitable for their own development.The seventh and last part,through the supply chain services and diversified development strategies.This paper makes a brief summary and draws a conclusion,which lays a theoretical and practical foundation for future research.At the same time,it also clarifies the shortcomings and shortcomings of this paper in the process of research,and puts forward the prospect of future research in this area.
